Positive Energy is an Inverness based consultancy led by John MacGregor. He is an OCDEA (On-Construction Domestic Energy Assessor) qualified through the Elmhurst Energy accreditation scheme. As an OCDEA, he is an accredited individual who undertakes energy calculations using the Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP) software for newly constructed dwellings.
He has accrued valuable experience in the production of SAP Calculations for new build dwellings across the Highland and Moray Area. This allows us the opportunity to offer technical advice to help steer you through the available energy source options that will power your central heating and hot water system.
Also, as a qualified Architectural Technician with over 15 years’ experience in either commercial architecture or house design, he can offer further technical support to assist with material selection and specification for the insulated envelope of your new build dwelling.
